This page explains what Solicited stores and why it is needed.
What we store
- Your email address, profile name, profile image, and login records.
- The social accounts, posting settings, captions, sources, and rules you choose to save.
- Queued links, post results, review decisions, and technical logs used to run the service.
- Basic security data such as IP addresses, rate limit records, and session details.
How it is used
We use this information to sign you in, run the features you enable, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and send account emails. We do not sell personal information.
Account credentials
Website passwords are hashed before storage. Saved third party credentials and tokens are encrypted. No online system is risk free, so use unique passwords and remove any connected account you no longer use.
Deletion
You can delete your account from account settings. Associated settings and records are removed as part of that process, except for short lived logs or records we must keep for security, fraud prevention, or legal reasons.
